Sisal & ropeScratching posts are supposed to shed a little. Brush loose fibres off with a stiff brush, keep the sisal dry, and trim any long strands with scissors rather than pulling them.Keep dry
Plush, fabric & bedsShake out fur outdoors, then follow the care listed on the product page — many covers come off and go in the wash. Air-dry flat so the shape holds.Check the label

Questions we get a lot
How do I clean a cat tree?
Vacuum the platforms with a brush attachment, brush loose sisal off the posts, and spot-clean any fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let everything dry fully before your cat climbs back up.
Which toys are safe for a heavy chewer?
On any dog toy collection, open the Chew strength filter and pick "Heavy Duty – Aggressive Chewers". Whatever you choose, supervise play and retire a toy once it's frayed or pieces come loose.
Can I get a replacement part?

My cat ignores the scratcher. Now what?
Put it where your cat already scratches (usually near where they sleep or by the sofa), rub a little catnip into the sisal, and give it two weeks. Most cats switch once the post is in the right spot.
